21 short daily workouts
Each workout is intentionally 5-8 minutes so it fits into postpartum life. You can do them at home, in comfortable clothes, with very little time or energy required.

A simple daily structure that removes guesswork
You’ll know exactly what to do each day, so you’re not searching the internet, second-guessing yourself, or wondering if you’re doing the right thing. Every workout is designed with postpartum bodies in mind, whether you had a vaginal birth or a C-section. Nothing is random.

Self-paced and repeatable
You get lifetime access to the program. You can move through the 21 days at your own pace, repeat workouts as needed, or come back to the program anytime for support.

HSA/FSA Eligibility

To be considered HSA/FSA eligible, a fitness program must be considered medically necessary to treat a condition (pelvic floor pain, low back pain, perineal tearing, incontinence, pain with intercourse, etc.).

All of my programs are developed by a practicing, medical provider (myself) and if you are purchasing any of my programs for this purpose, then you can pay for your purchase at checkout with your HSA/FSA card.

It is also recommended that you have your medical provider sign a letter of medical necessity for you. Most (if not all) will do this for you no problem! They typically have a standard LMN they write for patients.

While you do not need the LMN at checkout, it is helpful to have on hand in case your insurance inquires about your purchase.
