In the email will be a link to book your first zoom session to understand your goals and create a personalized plan

2. YOU WILL GET WEEKLY EXERCISE PLANS AFTER THE FIRST CALL

Once you have your first call with me, I will send you a 15-minute or less exercise video every week to progress from previous week based on your goals we list in first call

3. YOU WILL HAVE WEEKLY CHECK-INS WITH ME

Every Friday I will check-in to make sure the exercise plan is going well and if any modifications are needed. You can always message me on Slack or email me with questions you have anytime

I am a board certified Physical Therapist and founder of Sehat Living helping postpartum moms, just like you, regain core strength, heal pelvic floor and improve postpartum nutrition spending 15 minutes or less everyday.

I live with my husband in St. Louis, Missouri. When I am not working with my clients, you can find me baking in my kitchen or exploring coffee shops in town!
