I am a board-certified physical therapist with a passion for helping postpartum moms feel their best from comfort of their home.

Working in outpatient clinics, I saw so many moms struggling with pain and discomfort but unable to prioritize their appointments due to lack of childcare, exhaustion, or even the thought of bringing their little one along was tiring.

I wanted to create a program that made it easier for moms to focus on healing from home—because every mom deserves to feel her best without sacrificing precious time with her baby.
